: Erin is a Jesus loving wife to Wade and Mom to four beautiful children. In 2016, she experience several back to back life traumas resulting in significant weight gain and a devastating disconnect from her purpose as a daughter of Christ. In 2018, God spoke directly to Erin and told her "enough was enough" so she turned her weight and her health around. Now she is 70 pounds lighter and deeply rooted in her purpose. As a result of her experiences, Erin became a Certified Biblical Health Coach and started her own company, Erin Kay Christian Health Coaching. She now helps other women tame their overwhelm and extinguish personal burnout to reignite passion to their purpose & add energy to their days as wholly healthy Christian moms. As a Licensed Master Level Social Worker combined with her health coach certification, she understands the weight and frustration when Christians feel out of alignment with their purpose, leading to feelings of hopelessness, overwhelm and loss of energy. That's why her mission is simple: to give her clients the Biblical education, tools and resources they need to feel joyful, healthy and capable of managing life's pressures.
